Mark Your Places...

It's day 3 of sharing projects for this month's Lifestyle Crafts release! I am definitely a bibliophile, as are many, many of my friends, so I thought I would create a fun set of book markers (to keep and to give to friends and family!)
Plus, as an Affiliate, I get to share an exclusive 20% discount code for the Lifestyle Crafts store! Read on for details...

I used the new Corner It Kit dies on this project, which you can see below. It's a cool kit because, as I mentioned in yesterday's post, these kits also include a digital file that can be used with most electronic die-cutting machines. These darling corner dies made it easy to create these fun book markers.

I used the floral corner dies to die-cut these little paper-clip book markers. Since they fold together, it was easy to insert them onto some tiny library clips, which I then clipped to paper-clips! A bit of twine and some bling and I had a set of cute clips.

I never write in books, but I do like to take notes on things I have questions about or to write down interesting quotes. To make this "note marker," I simply printed out some lines and a title and trimmed them down to size.

These little butterfly and heart corners are the perfect thing to secure my book notes to whatever page I am reading!
