A Note of Thanks...

Continuing along on my Thank You card week, I made a card that was inspired by a recent trend...ruffles! This photo from the cover of Parents magazine gave me my jumping off point for my simple yet fun card. The little girl's bathing suit is so bright a cheerful, and I die cut scallops in similar hues to mimic her ruffled attire. After adhering to my white card base, I stamped a clean and simple sentiment. I know I could have left the card alone at that point, but what girl doesn't like a little bling?
