Sweet Air...

Taylor is back with a new Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge (#74), and I love this week's sketch. Of late, I have had a strange obsession with hot air balloons, which is funny because I am deathly afraid of heights and would never take a ride in one! For this card, I decided to make a birthday balloon from one of Taylor's cupcake images, a bitty piece of a Verve stamp, paper, and some embroidery thread. I love this DCWV Designer Paper - it made me think it was raining cupcakes...now that would be a sweet ride!

This card is so beautiful. It was really clever to use the cupcake on the hot air balloon.
Love this card, Regina!!! tfs!!
HOLY SMOKES! This card is so stinkin' cute!! I LOVE the hot air cupcake. Gorgeous!
Adorable card; clever idea!!! ;-)
Your hot air balloon is totally original and great! (I've been up in one once and it's wonderful - when it lifted off, it was so gentle we didn't even know we were in the air - not like flying at all. But if you're afraid of heights you probably still wouldn't like it).
