If you haven't heard of the Key Ingredients program at Taylored Expressions, you're in for a fun treat this month! These kits, filled with cardstock, patterned paper, embellishments, and ribbon, are all perfectly coordinated each month. For February, the Baker's Dozen got to play along with Taylor's KI team and this kit is simply gorgeous.

As you know, I've been dabbling with the vintage look recently and when I saw the papers and exclusive Key Ingredients stamp set, Vintage Dreamer, I knew I was going to be inspired. I decided to make something for my soon-to-be sister-in-law, Marlene, who is having her shower next month.

I started with a sweet little gift box, which I will fill with treats or a trinket. I covered the die-cut with the elegant patterned paper in the Kit. Next, I stamped one of the lovely frames, trimming to suit my needs and then I adhered one of the gorgeous little flowers from the Kit.

I wanted the accompanying card to match the box, so I carried over the same paper. I die-cut out a framed window in the paper, which I placed over some cardstock that I had embossed with the wonderful new Taylored Impression Plate, a duo-sided plate with houndstooth on one side and damask on the other!
