I am so glad you could join me for another fun day of Lifestyle Crafts' Big Top Dies Release! As I mentioned yesterday, I have another project to share featuring the new Limited Edition Carousel Die.
I was so excited to get to use this new die as I have been wanting to create a scrapbook layout for my little rugrat's first time on a merry-go-round. I wanted to make a vintage-inspired page and the sweet die was just what I needed.
I first printed a favorite photo from the event onto a large piece of photo paper. (BEAN TIP: If you don't have a large format printer -- I don't! -- you can usually feed in photo paper cut to legal-sized and format for your printer, as I did here.) I paired it with some newsprint patterned paper and typed my journaling directly onto some ledger paper.
I die-cut and assembled the darling carousel horses from different textured and patterned papers and added them to my page. I am so happy to get to capture such a special day. Thanks for dropping by!
