Babies, Babies, Babies!...Taylored Expressions Sneak Peek Day One!

It's MAY! It's another Taylored Expressions Release Week, which is pretty exciting already, but this month it's extra special. Our lovely and beautiful Taylor and her handsome hubby, Jon, are expecting a baby! So this week we're celebrating big time with some sets devoted to those darling wee ones we call babies.

Today I have two projects to share today, and the first one stars my own little rugrat (taken the day he came home from the hospital) and features the darling soon-to-be released set, Welcome Little One, as well as two fun A la Carte stamps and a new coordinating die. Welcome Little One is the latest in the TE Giving Tree program, which devotes a portion of its proceeds to a wonderful charity. For the months of May, June and July, for each set sold, TE will donate $7.00 to Bethany Christian Services, the nation's largest adoption agency. BCS helps with adoption, temporary foster care, counseling, training, and family support to help children thrive in safe, loving and strong families. This set features 26 images and, so TE can donate more to charity, comes in sheet form for easy trimming.

I created this baby announcement using the Heart Frame and Announcement A la Cartes, as well as the beautiful patterned papers from the Alphabet Soup Project Pantry - Boy (which I'll be featuring all week!) This announcement is meant to double as a keepsake that can be displayed long after baby grows up!

For my second project, I got to ink up another A la Carte, the aptly titled BABY. I thought it would be fun to create a gift box for a mom-to-be to keep all the sweet cards she would be receiving for baby. I used a Perfect Package card box and decorated it with some sweet die-cuts and more of the cute paper from the Alphabet Soup Project Pantry.

That is such a great idea Regina - I have all these cards from my baby showers and they are in two big ziploc freezer bags (how embarrassing!!!) Now I can't wait to make some cute boxes and transfer them - love your creations and that beautiful keepsake invite!!!
