It's Release Day at Taylored Expressions! I know that the snow hasn't fallen just yet, but as a former Minnesotan and New Yorker, I know that it's just around the corner! So, for today's project, I made a wintery card (now that I'm in California, I know I'll be missing that snow!)

I got to play with the knew Labels of Love II, which includes this darling snowflake label and cute sentiment. I decided to use the label to create a "cuff" for a mitten, which was easily created out of some perfect patterned paper! I added a big, happy satin bow to finish it off and now I'll sit back and reminisce about all those times I shoveled snow.

Labels of Love II is a fitting new addition to Taylor's Giving Tree program. The TE Giving Tree is a program designed to raise funds for a different charity each quarter.  For the months of November, December and January, Taylored Expressions will donate $5 from the sale of each Labels of Love II stamp set to the Union Rescue Mission. Visit the Union Rescue Mission website at http://urm.org/
In part the URM's Mission Statement reads:
We embrace people experiencing homelessness with the compassion of Christ – giving hope and healing for a changed life – helping them find their way home.
