The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and I am happy because I have a fun project to share with you! I've had the good fortune to get to feature some of the new dies out from Lifestyle Crafts this week and here is one more. Today I have another cute and easy way to give someone you love and appreciate a gift card. Now, I love getting gift cards myself, but they can seem impersonal.
Here's a simple and quick way to dress them up using the new Eyelet Envelope Die Set from Lifestyle Crafts.
The die comes complete with two sizes. For today's project, I used the larger size. |
I first ran the die through with some turquoise card stock. Then, I ran it through a second time with some patterned paper, which I adhered to the front panel, beneath the flap.
The die also includes a flat panel die, which is perfectly sized to fit inside the assembled envelope. I attached a gift card to it, but you could also embellish it, stamp it, etc., to fit your needs.
Also included are these darling circle enclosures, which are easily assembled with a couple brads and twine. Before attaching the brad on the top enclosure, I added a cute coordinating tag. I love the eyelet pattern on the flap!
BEAN NOTES
Patterned Paper: City Park collection (American Crafts)
Accents: Brads (Making Memories); Tag from City Park collection (American Crafts)
