Wee Games...

There seems to be a plethora of new babies arriving in the homes of many of our friends and family. It's always such a happy occasion, and it gets me thinking about lots of baby "firsts." I thought I would create a fun little game for kids using the perfect-for-this-project Icons I from Clear and Simple Stamps.
I first created a simple template on my computer for the "BINGO" card (I know, it isn't really BINGO, but I figured that the simpler the better for these wee friends of ours). Next, I stamped the images in bright, fun colors. I then made a die by using the same images.

BEAN NOTES
  • Stamps: Icons I (Clear and Simple Stamps)
  • Cardstock: Poppy Parade (Stampin' Up!); A Blanc Check (CSS)
  • Ink: More Mustard, Poppy Parade, Pear Pizazz, Perfect Plum, Marina Mist (SU!)
HAPPY BEANS
  • Font: New Century Schoolbook (microsoft.com)

What a fabulous idea to make a game using these stamps. They would also work well to create a set of flash cards for the game "Memory". You could use different colors of each shape to make more matching pieces.
